A city between old and new, tradition and modernity. Things are changing here. Try Podwale restaurant in the city center, make a reservation if you don’t want to wait minutes to get a table. Also, I can recommend Gessler restaurant. http://www.gessler.pl/ Delicious food 🙂 Visit the “old” town that’s completely rebuild and walk on the river side. The palace of culture and history, a “gift” or rather a footprint from the russians (sowjet union).

Perfectly located on the road from Germany to Italy. Ivan really recommend the Posta Design Hotel in the nice old city center not far away from the lake.
Buochs
Perfekt for a rest at the Vierwaldstätter See. Free parking and swimming. Take the exit buochs from A2 and then to the river and then turn right.
Pisa
Great small City with many more things to see than the well known Tower. Have a Pizza in Funicola Pizzeria directly at the River Arno. Or some fish and seafood at Amaltea Cocktailbar nearby. Galileo Restaurant and Pizzeria at the other side of the river are recommendable as well.

Have a walk in the Fischers District and near by the river Blau and Donau. Restaurants: Tanivera, Kuh MUH, Krone

Park Hotel Alvisse **** Nice hotel, even nicer spa. Visit Luxemburg City center and walk down to the old city. Have a beer in one of the old bars e.g. liquid. Check out “fine wine”.Visit the Philharmonie even without a concert, it’s an amazing architecture. In December, visit the Christmas market and try kniddelen.
